What gear do I need to bring to a rental or lesson?
We recommend bringing your own equipment, including a bat, glove, and helmet, whenever possible. Using your personal gear helps ensure you are training with the equipment you use during games and practices. If needed, we do have a selection of loaner equipment available for use during your rental or lesson.
What’s included with a lane rental?
Each lane rental includes access to a pitching mound, baseballs or softballs, a batting tee, a 9-pocket training net, and an L-screen. Pitching machines are also available upon request, subject to availability. Additional training equipment may be available upon request as well.
Does a parent count as a participant in a rental?
No, a parent does not count as a participant in a rental.
Can I train at the WAR Room even if I don’t play baseball?
Absolutely. The WAR Room is open to anyone looking to train, regardless of their experience level. Whether you’ve been playing for years, are just getting started, or simply want a space to develop your skills, we welcome athletes of all ages and abilities. Our goal is to provide a training environment where everyone can improve and enjoy the game.
Do you offer softball rentals and lessons?
Yes. We offer both softball lane rentals and private lessons. Our facility is equipped to accommodate softball athletes, and we work with players of all ages and skill levels looking to develop their hitting, pitching, fielding, or overall game. We also have a softball pitching machine available for use during rentals and training sessions.
Can a slo-pitch player train at The WAR Room?
Yes. We welcome slo-pitch players of all skill levels. Our facility offers lane rentals, training equipment, and a slo-pitch Hack Attack pitching machine to help you get quality reps and stay game-ready year-round.
Are pitching machines available?
Yes, softball and baseball pitching machines are available to add to your booking.
Do I have to be a GMBA player to train at The WAR Room?
No. Anyone and everyone is welcome!
Do you have Rapsodo or HitTrax?
Yes, we offer a Rapsodo Pro 2.0, which can be used for Pitching and or Hitting. Also, coming in June will be a brand new HitTrax that will be open to add to your booking!
Can teams book at The WAR Room?
Yes. Teams are welcome to book training time at The WAR Room. Whether you're looking for team practices, winter training, or extra reps during the season, our facility can accommodate groups of various sizes.
Do you offer semi-private lessons?
Yes. We offer semi-private lessons for small groups of athletes who want to train together while still receiving focused coaching. It’s a great option for teammates or players at similar skill levels looking to develop together.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. We offer membership options that provide regular access to The WAR Room, along with added value on lane rentals and training sessions. For more details on current membership options and pricing, please visit our booking site.
Can siblings share memberships and/or packages?
Yes, siblings can share memberships and or packages.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made on the same day of a booking are subject to a $40 cancellation fee.
What’s the difference between a full lane and a half lane rental?
A full lane rental includes access to all of our training equipment and amenities. A half lane is a 30-foot lane designed mainly for tee work and soft toss, and includes a 7x7 screen, a batting tee, and baseballs. It is a more focused and cost-effective option for individual hitting work.
How can I book? Can I book when I show up?
All bookings are made through our online booking system in advance. While walk-ins may be accommodated if space is available, we recommend booking ahead to guarantee your lane and preferred time.
Do you run camps or clinics?
Yes. We offer camps and clinics throughout the year for athletes looking to develop their skills in a structured training environment. Availability varies by season, so please check our booking site for current offerings and upcoming datesonline can make all the difference.
