TWR Cancellation Policy
General Policy
All bookings for WAR Room rentals, lessons, clinics, and programs are subject to the following terms and conditions
By booking with The WAR Room, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions
Cancellation Notice Requirements
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time will receive a full credit or refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time will be charged 50% of the booking fee.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the booking or “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled without penalty if requested more than 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to the booking will be subject to sections 2.2 and 2.3 above.
Programs and Clinics
Refunds for multi-session programs or clinics will only be issued if cancellation is requested at least 72 hours prior to the program start date.
Once a program has begun, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
In certain cases, make-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of the facility.
Weather and WAR Room Facility Closures
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances resulting in facility closure, sessions will be rescheduled or credited in full.
No cancellation fees will apply in these circumstances.
Late Arrivals
Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.
Full fees apply for the reserved time slot regardless of arrival time.
Memberships and Packages
Unused sessions within memberships or packages are non-refundable but may carry an expiry date.
Transfers of memberships or packages may be permitted at management’s discretion.
Exceptions
Exceptions to this policy may be made for medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of WAR Room management.
